Care
Soft tissue work
Hands-on work on muscles and the tissue around your joints, as part of a chiropractic visit, for adults who feel tight or sore after an injury.

What to expect
What a visit includes, and what it does not
What a visit includes
Gentle pressure, stretching and movement of the muscles around the area that bothers you, chosen by your doctor after the exam.
The doctor tells you what they will do
Pressure is changed to fit you
Say so and we stop
How long and how often
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and changes it as you go. The exam and your goals decide it. We do not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
This is not a massage service and we do not promise relief. It is one part of a chiropractic visit, and your doctor decides if it fits you.
See a physician first if
you have chest pain, a sudden severe headache or neck pain, new weakness or numbness, or loss of bladder or bowel control. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
Your doctor tells you the cost in writing before care begins. We bill most PPO plans and, after a crash, auto medical coverage where the policy allows it.
