How fees work
Plain answers on paying for care, before you book.
Insurance we work with
We bill most PPO plans and, after a crash, the medical coverage on an auto policy where the policy allows it. What a plan pays for chiropractic visits differs from plan to plan, and the plan decides.

Ask us about yours
If you pay yourself
Your doctor tells you the cost of each part of your visit before it happens, and you pay at the visit. The front desk can give you our fee list.
Receipts for reimbursement
After each visit we give you an itemized receipt. If your plan reimburses out-of-network care you can send it to them, and the plan decides what it pays. We send records to you, your plan or your attorney when you ask in writing.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. We give you a written estimate in advance, before your first visit, and answer your questions about it.
Checking your benefits
Our front desk checks your health plan before your first visit and calls you with what they find, including any copay or deductible. For auto medical coverage, please check your own policy and tell us what it says.
What the first visit includes
The first visit takes about 45 minutes. It includes a talk, a hands-on exam and an explanation of what we found.

Care only if you agree
To change or cancel a visit, call us as early as you can. Ask the front desk about our cancellation policy.
