Care
Exercise and rehab
Simple movements your doctor shows you to practice at home between visits, for adults returning to normal days after an injury.

What to expect
What a visit includes, and what it does not
What a visit includes
Your doctor shows you a few movements, watches you do them and adjusts them. You get them on paper to take home.
A few movements at a time
Changed as you go
Stop if anything feels wrong
How long and how often
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and changes it as you go. The exam and your goals decide it. We do not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
We do not promise that exercise brings relief or return to an activity by a date. Your doctor and your physician decide what is right for you.
See a physician first if
you have chest pain, a sudden severe headache or neck pain, new weakness or numbness, or loss of bladder or bowel control. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
Your doctor tells you the cost in writing before care begins. We bill most PPO plans and, after a crash, auto medical coverage where the policy allows it.
Questions about this care
Do I need equipment at home?
No. The movements use your body, a chair or a wall.
What if a movement hurts?
Stop, and tell us at your next visit or call the front desk.
Ask us when you are ready
Call the front desk or send a note. We never contact anyone first.
- A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
